📝 Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English and must represent original research that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

A typical manuscript should contain the following sections:

1. Title of the Paper – concise and informative
2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation – including institutional affiliation and email address
3. Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, and key findings of the study
4. Keywords – 4–6 relevant keywords
5. Introduction – background and objectives of the study
6. Literature Review – relevant previous research
7. Methodology – research design, data collection, and analysis methods
8. Results and Discussion – interpretation and analysis of findings
9. Conclusion – summary of findings and future research implications
10. References – complete list of cited works

📄 Formatting Requirements

• Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font
• Line spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1.5 inch on all side
• Length: normally 4000–8000 words
• Figures and tables should be clearly labelled and numbered. Captions should be placed below each figure and table.

📚 Citation Style

Authors are requested to follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style unless the editorial board specifies otherwise.

All manuscripts submitted to International Journal of Scientia (IJS) undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic value of the research.

Review Process :

1. Initial Screening
   The editorial team evaluates the manuscript to ensure that it falls within the journal’s scope and meets basic academic standards.
2. Reviewer Assignment
   The manuscript is sent to two or more subject experts for independent review.
3. Evaluation Criteria
